Who you contract with
These terms are an agreement between you and R.B. Projecten B.V., trading as Linkpreneur, Slenterweg 3, 6905 DM Zevenaar, The Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce 59974907, VAT NL853716833B01. You accept them when you create an account; the version you accepted and the moment you accepted it are recorded on your account.
The service
Linkpreneur sources and places editorial link placements (niche edits) on third-party websites, with open-book pricing: you see the publisher invoice, pay the publisher price at cost plus a flat placement fee, plus a monthly platform subscription per your selected tier.
Wallet and payments
Placements are paid from your prepaid credit wallet. Approving a recommendation reserves the estimate; settlement happens against the real publisher invoice and any difference returns to your wallet. Unused credits are refundable on request. Subscriptions are invoiced monthly.
No ranking guarantees
Search engines decide rankings, not us. We guarantee the agreed placement and our monitoring and replacement policy; we never guarantee positions, traffic or revenue. Placements that violate a search engine policy are placed at your direction and risk after your explicit approval per placement.
Replacement policy
When a placed link disappears or materially degrades within the agreed guard period, we first pursue recovery with the publisher and otherwise provide a replacement placement of comparable quality at no extra placement fee.
Acceptable use
You warrant that your website and anchor texts are lawful and that you hold the rights to the content you supply. We refuse niches and anchors that violate law or our quality standards.
Liability
Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect damage, including ranking or traffic changes.
Termination
You can stop your subscription monthly. After termination your wallet balance remains refundable and you can optionally keep link monitoring active through the guard add-on.
Governing law and disputes
Dutch law applies to this agreement, with the exception of its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go first to us: write to the address on this website and we answer within ten working days. A dispute we cannot settle together is brought before the competent court in Gelderland, the Netherlands, unless mandatory law gives you another forum.
